Subscription Model
- Each print issue of SAVEUR magazine costs $25.00 USD.
- Your first order is either a purchase of the current issue (while supplies last) or a pre-order for the upcoming issue.
- After that first order, you're on our subscriber list and will continue being billed on an issue-to-issue basis shortly before each new release.
- Spring/Summer issues begin shipping in March, and Fall/Winter issues begin shipping in September.
- Sales tax and shipping and handling fees may apply and vary by location.
- You can skip an issue or cancel your subscription at any time through your Customer Portal.
You may have noticed that SAVEUR's subscription model is a bit different from traditional magazine subscriptions, which tend to result in a lot of wasted magazines. In an effort to create a more environmentally and financially sustainable publishing ecosystem, we now print only as many copies of each issue as we know we're going to sell. While SAVEUR magazine is available in select retail locations, subscribing is the only way to guarantee you'll get a copy.
Each of SAVEUR's print editions is sold to subscribers as a pre-order—in other words, subscribers are billed individually for each magazine they receive. SAVEUR publishes two issues per year: a Spring/Summer issue (which begins shipping in March) and a Fall/Winter issue (which begins shipping in September). As a subscriber, you will be billed automatically for each new issue unless you choose to pause or cancel your subscription.
SAVEUR's previous owner stopped publishing our subscription-based print magazine during the COVID-19 pandemic and the last issue they printed was No. 201 (the Fall 2020 SAVEUR 100 edition). SAVEUR's subscriber list was then sold to Dotdash/Meredith, which went on to offer active SAVEUR subscribers the option of a prorated subscription to one of Dotdash/Meredith's own print publications or a refund. As of April 2023, SAVEUR has been operating independently. To begin receiving SAVEUR again, you can re-subscribe through our new SAVEUR Shop at shop.saveur.com. Come on back, we've missed you!
Billing and Payments
- First, try updating your payment method and billing information through your Customer Portal.
- If you continue to have trouble, you can also start from scratch: Cancel your current subscription in your Customer Portal, then resubmit your purchase with new payment information.
- If steps 1 and 2 don't resolve your issue, let us help you troubleshoot! Reach to shop@saveur.com for assistance and one of us will get back to you as soon as possible.
Delivery and Shipping
- Fall/Winter issues begin shipping in September
- Spring/Summer issues begin shipping in March
- The USPS does not guarantee delivery of BPM shipments within a specified time and delivery of magazines from the same shipment often vary substantially by final destination.
- Typically, our subscribers receive their issues within 4–8 weeks of shipping.
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian shipping rates may be higher than domestic rates due to international postage costs.
For anyone who is unable to access our print magazine, including our international readers, we also offer digital versions of current and back issues through Zinio.

Managing Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Customer Portal or by contacting us at shop@saveur.com.
(And if you change your mind, you can always resubscribe at shop.saveur.com!)

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly at shop@saveur.com so we can help. We'll do our best to provide a refund or replacement for damaged or incorrect items.
Please note that items must be returned in original packaging, and certain items (including sale items and gift cards) are non-returnable.
Additional Services
You can visit shop.saveur.com to gift SAVEUR's print magazine to a fellow food and travel lover at any time! Simply add the "Subscribe" item to your cart, then type your gift recipient's name and address into the Delivery Information fields at checkout. Your email confirmation will direct you to a printable card that you can share with the recipient to let them know what's on the way.
Just like a personal subscription, you can update, pause, or cancel a gift subscription you've given at any time through your Customer Portal. Log in using the billing email address you used at checkout. (Do not use your gift recipient's email address to check out; if you do so, you will not be able to access your Customer Portal.)
We also occasionally offer limited-edition seasonal gift subscription bundles.
Yes! We print limited editions of each issue, so we cannot guarantee continued availability of every issue. Available back issues may be purchased from our online shop. We recommend subscribing to ensure you receive future issues.
